Printing For Our Planet

Going beyond the bare minimum has always been part of our philosophy and our sustainability efforts are no exception.

And, why shouldn’t we? Our planet, community, customers and business all reap long-term benefits.

Our recycling efforts go beyond red and blue bins.

Our goal is to minimise waste that ends up in landfills by reusing and recycling where possible.

All waste gets separated into grades before being sent to the recyclers. This process applies to all materials such as paper, pallets, ink cartridges, printing plates, oil wraps and other general items.

Each of our Heidelberg machines contain cabinets that recycle spray powder back to the factory floor to be reused.

Our air conditioning and recycle cabinets maintain a dust-free environment on the print floor – this is not only critical for providing quality prints but provides a clean environment that is safe and healthy for our team.

Sustainable Materials

We choose to source environmentally friendly materials which carry either the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) accreditation.

We use only vegetable inks derived from 99% vegetable sources such as corn, walnut, coconut, linseed, canola and soya beans.

Throughout our premises, all cleaning agents are biodegradable.

Sustainable Support for Customers

As our customer, we help make your own sustainability efforts a breeze. If you require assistance with recycling and correct disposal of products, we can streamline this for you through our cradle-to-grave program.

FSC® Accreditation

FSC® is a global organisation that promotes the responsible management of the world’s forests.

To maintain our certification, we are audited annually and must adhere to strict FSC® requirements to identify, source, track and label paper stocks that come from sustainably managed and certified forests.
